LITTLE KIDS CLASS

This class is for young athletes ages 5 to 9. In this class, the training skills for athleticism are hidden into games so the kids think they are just playing but in reality they are developing coordination and strength abilities that will benefit them as they get older.

STRENGTH & AGILITY

The strength speed and agility training class will concentrate on strength training and sports performance drills such as jumping, sprinting and agility work designed to enhance an athlete’s strength and speed.

$15 per Session

SPEED TRAINING

Speed training is geared for those athletes who want to improve running form and speed, sprint strength and the ability to explode out of the start. Strength training and sports performance drills.

BASKETBALL STRENGTH, SPEED & AGILITY CLASS

This class is designed to prepare the athlete for the basketball season as well as prepare them for playing basketball after high school in the college ranks. This class is not about the age of the athlete, but rather the stage of development they are in and wish to go to. We know from experience, research and collaboration with college coaches on the parameters of physical development what a player needs to achieve in order to compete at various levels.

We cannot train a person to be tall, but we can train a person to be fast, quick and strong in the skills needed to perform at certain levels. We have methods to test, train and improve an athlete’s ability to jump higher, react quicker and move laterally faster. We incorporate these training methods into dribbling drills, defensive movements and shooting skills so that our athletes will be better on the court.

Athletes are welcome to attend three times per week or once a week depending on their schedules. Cost is $15 per class. Class size is limited to ten athletes so register right away by clicking the button below.
